Why we process data

  • To respond to enquiries and fulfill agreements

We retain data only as long as necessary: contact data ~1 year, invoices 7 years (Dutch tax law), newsletter until unsubscribe.

Services, pricing & payment

  • We offer design services. A contract exists once a proposal is accepted or a deposit is paid.
  • Prices may be subject to VAT. Payment terms are stated per invoice (standard: 14 days).

Intellectual property

All designs and assets remain the intellectual property of SunnaMáni unless explicitly transferred in writing after full payment.

Cancellation & refunds

Cancellations should be made in writing. Refunds are considered case-by-case — work already performed may be charged.

Liability

SunnaMáni is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the total paid amount for the relevant service.
